- For (Civil) First Class Diploma in Civil Engg. Or
- For (Michanic) First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Or
- For (Electric) First Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Or
- For (Computer Science/ IT) First Class Diploma in Comp. Sc./IT. Or
- For (Electrics) First Class Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognized state board.
Technician-B
- For Fitter: Matric (SSC /SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) plus ITI / NTC / NAC in Fitter trade from NCVT.
- For Turner: Matric (SSC /SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) plus ITI / NTC / NAC in Turner trade from NCVT.
- For Mechanist: Matric (SSC /SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) plus ITI / NTC / NAC in Machinist trade from NCVT.
- For Electrics Mechanic: Matric (SSC /SSLC / 10th Std. Pass) plus ITI / NTC / NAC in Electronics Mechanic trade from NCVT.
- For Electrician: Matric (SSC /SSLC/ 10th Std. Pass) plus ITI/ NTC/ NAC in Electrician trade from NCVT.
