- SSC NCC Special Entry 123rd Course (Men) 70 Unmarried Male
- (63 for General Category and 07 for Wards of Battle
Casualties of Indian Army personnel only).

Education
|
- Graduate Degree from a recognized University. Applicants
studying in final year are also allowed to apply provided they complete and
obtain Graduation Degree before commencement of course.
- For such candidates the aggregate % scored in first
two/three years of three/four year degree course respectively will be
considered for shortlisting.
- It is to be noted that possession of graduate degree is a
qualification to apply for the entry and not necessary a qualification to be
shortlisted for SSB.
- The Indian Army reserves the right to shortlist candidates
for SSB by applying vacancy to call up ratio based on various filters, as deemed
necessary.
- NCC 'C' certificate NOT required for Wards of Battle
Casualties.

- (born not earlier than 02 Jan 2001 and not later than 01 Jan
2007 both dates inclusive).
- Minimum Age Limit: 19 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 25 Years

Nationality
|
A
candidate must either be: - (i) A citizen of India, or
- (ii) A subject of Nepal, or
- (iii) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from
Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the
United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam
with the intention of permanently settling in India provided that a candidate
belonging to categories (ii) and (iii) above shall be a person in whose favour
a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Certificate of eligibility will, however, not be necessary in the case of
candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.
