The final merit list has been prepared based on a combination of your educational qualifications and the written exam marks. Here is how the 100 marks are calculated:
(A) I.T.I. Marks Weightage: Marks obtained in I.T.I. × 55 ÷ 100
(B) Apprentice Marks Weightage: Marks obtained in Apprentice × 15 ÷ 100
(C) Educational Merit (70 Marks): (A) + (B)
(D) Written Exam Weightage: Marks obtained in O.M.R. Test × 30 ÷ 100
(E) Final Total Merit (100 Marks): (C) + (D)
📝Document Verification Schedule & Venue
Candidates who have qualified must appear for the verification of original certificates.
🏢Venue: Training Center, Central Workshop, Naroda (Patiya), Ahmedabad.
Dates: From 01/12/2025 to 06/12/2025.
Reporting Time: As mentioned in your Call Letter.
Note for Absentees: If you cannot attend on your scheduled date due to unavoidable circumstances, you are given a final chance to appear on 08/12/2025 at the same venue.
Failure to appear on this date will result in the cancellation of your candidature.
📄 Documents Carried
You must bring the following items to the verification center:
- Call Letter: Downloaded from the website.
- ID Proof: Original Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.).
- Original Certificates: All educational, caste, and experience certificates as claimed in the application.
- Photocopies: Self-attested Xerox copies of all documents.
- Photos: 3 Passport-sized photographs.
- Important: Only certificates that were valid at the time of the online application will be accepted. Late submissions will not be entertained.
