Selection Process – BEL Recruitment 2025

Computer-Based Test (CBT) 125 questions (100 Technical + 25 Aptitude/Reasoning) 2 hours duration, negative marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer Qualifying marks: 35 (Gen/OBC/EWS), 30 (SC/ST/PwBD) Interview Top candidates (ratio 1:5) shortlisted for interview based on CBT Computer-based test: 85 marks, Interview: 15 marks (total 100) Final selection based on combined performance (CBT + Interview) Document Verification Medical Test
