- Original Driving License (Valid & Legible)
- Class 10th Marksheet & Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- PWD Certificate (if applicable)
- Government-Issued ID (Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID, etc.)
- Two Passport Size Photographs
