SSC MTS PST/PET Physical Test Details

Candidates applying for the Havaldar post must pass the PST (Physical Standard Test) and PET (Physical Efficiency Test) before proceeding to the next selection round

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Running Male : 1600 meters in 15 minutes Female : 1 km in 20 minutes

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Height Male : 157.5 cm (General) Female : 152 cm (General)

Height (ST) Male: 152.5 cm Female: 150 cm

Chest Male : 76 cm (Minimum) Female: Not Applicable

SSC MTS 2025: Vacancies & Eligibility

Posts : MTS Total Vacancies : 6,144 Education : 10th Pass Years : 18-25 Years

Posts : Havaldar Total Vacancies : 3,439 Education : 10th Pass Years : 18-27 Years

Age relaxation is applicable per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM candidates.

Selection Process for SSC MTS 2025

Computer-Based Exam (CBE)

Session-I : Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability (No Negative Marking)
Session-II : General Awareness, English Language (1 Mark Deduction for Each Wrong Answer)
